What made me think I was ready for Level 2!!!!!!!!!!
I can't even remember everything we did. Awkward! Had to stop and get water or wipe my sweat or simply rest.
Cardio and abs exercises are more intense.
I never realized but the levels are 3 parts. Well, we were on part 2 tonight and doing hard abs exercise (you know my core is weak), I thought we were done after it. Then, Jillian says few more and we are done with circuit (part 2). What!! Are you kidding me! I had to lay there and rest.
She does high kicks, high jumps (like a horse prancing), skater jumps (don't ask me to explain), squats and lunges, and PLANK MOVES!!
Plank Moves - I'm just getting used to this move. You know, holding it for a certain time. Well, Jillian wants you to do plank jumps (plank move, then jump your feet in to meet the hands, then stand up), plank ab twist (plank move, then twist leg in to work obliques), then plan jacks (plank move, jump feet out like a bottom half jumping jack).
Those are just what I remember and I may not have them correctly identified.
I fully expect to hurt tomorrow, not just from this Level 2 Shred video, but we really pushed it today with the stairs and walking backwards up the ramp; I got some extra walking in since I dropped my car off then walked home and back to pick it up (I think its 1 mile each way); now the video.
But you know what...I'm up for the challenge. Bring it on, Level 2!!!
