Happy Saturday Sparkfam! I had a wonderful Saturday shopping & running errands. I was getting out of my car when the Hostess Truck Driver nodded. I politely smiled & nodded back. I came back out of the store & put my bags in the car & seat belt on & prepared to leave the parking lot when he beckoned to me. I stopped & he asked if I wanted a treat? Well, see what happens when you talk to strangers? They try to give you treats. Well, I don't eat ding dongs or ho hos but I do like hostess twinkies. They are the better choice. I thanked him politely & got back in my car. See not all people that flag you down are trying to take advantage of you or was he? lol

Here are some tips I picked on the web. Everything that Spark has already drilled in us & we are getting it!

    Good tips!! A weight management group would be great but participation would be a concern especially if you join a died group I have this week and had to leave emoticon No wolcomes are anything. Who wants it??? Your weakness is twinkies and red vines mine are chips and the cookies someone else brings in the house.

    More important is "DON'T TAKE CANDY FROM STRANGERS!" LOL I really think he took a look at your sparkin' bod and thought he'd distract you. Tell the truth did he ask for your "digits" as my daughter says. SMILE

    I love your strategy points my number one that I'm intensely focused on right now is:

    PROPER, ADEQUATE AND CONSISTENT EXERCISE!! TOO much and I don't want to exercise the next day -- not enough and well you know.

    I want to be SKINNY. Sorry...I've never been skinny. (I do want to be healthy as well...but skinny first. lol) Read the ingredients on that twinkle package. One is like plaster. Just read it from my cuzn on facebook.(sorry) Dude really was flirting...wasn't he? lol
