I took some backward steps

I've regained10 pounds, and I need to act NOW. I refuse to beat myself up (much) but I know I have to take action before it gets really bad. When I lost my first 10 pounds, I considered that a real accomplishment, so I can't just say "it's only10 pounds." I need to go back to Fast Break so I can re-establish the habits that I started back then.

How do I reset my plan? Anyone?

    Well hello there, Stranger. I ahven't seen or heard from you in a very long time and we were supposed to meet.

    Take a good look at your problem eating and talk with yourself and your exercise or alck of it. One must get Healthy wise in the head first and the rest follows shortly thereafter. I've been there, too. it's no fun. But you can do it. did you leave our diabetes team? How is your diabetes?

    I ahve no idea about setting the fast breks.

    Really assess what got you off track in the first place. Was it the feeling of restriction? If so, you may want to reevaluate what you're feeding yourself. Maybe you should allow yourself treats now and then. Make room for your humanity. Don't consider this a 'restart'. Consider it 'phase two', and learn from what caused you to falter.

    I like to say I'm an underachiever when it comes to weight loss. Focus on slow and steady progress. If you're losing to quickly, you may not be allowing yourself to get mentally adjusted to what it takes to maintain your weight at certain levels.

    If you're looking to reset your Spark plan, go to the main page (My Tools - Start), then scroll down until you see the My Spark Diet section - to the right of that text, it should tell you what diet stage you are in, and allow you to make changes.

    Congratulations to you for recognizing that you want to take action on this, but just don't beat yourself up over the past TOO much - you're taking the right steps today, so good for you!! emoticon '
