I took some backward steps

I've regained10 pounds, and I need to act NOW. I refuse to beat myself up (much) but I know I have to take action before it gets really bad. When I lost my first 10 pounds, I considered that a real accomplishment, so I can't just say "it's only10 pounds." I need to go back to Fast Break so I can re-establish the habits that I started back then.
How do I reset my plan? Anyone?
