Another Boot Camp Update

Generally speaking, I am a total weakling. I have nearly no upper body strength. It's kind of a miracle I can lift a fork to my face. My legs, on the other hand, have always been freakishly strong.
While too many lunges or squats will often lead to an achy butt, my legs are usually fine.
Today was my second day of boot camp. I felt like I got hit by a bus yesterday after Wednesday's class and was still feeling it this morning before going to visit Sadie the Sadist -- erm, I mean Robin the Boot Camp Instructor.
The kicker is, my legs hurt. My quads, calves, hams, all of it. So apparently Sadie's effective because it really takes a lot for me to be sore.
Granted, I'm sore EVERYWHERE, but I'm unaccustomed to the leg thing. I have a three story house. Of course my bedroom is on the top floor. Today I came home, made it up one flight of stairs from the garage to the living room and had to stop because I couldn't face another set of stairs that soon. LOL ... that's bad. So I stopped for breakfast and then went upstairs and showered and got ready for work and now I'm OK. For now.
