Took a rest day....

and that's turned into several rest days!! Time to get back on the horse.

I was so on track--starting to run, making sure I got my water in, logging my food and staying (relatively) in calorie range.

Then I had a few busy days out of town and brought my grandkids home for a few days. Then it was almost time for school so I gave myself permission to take a rest day. Unfortunately, what happened is what usually happened....one rest day turned into several rest days (4 now). Sooooo it's time to kick myself in the butt and get going again!

Tomorrow back at it properly!

    It's totally fine! It's not like it's all over, you can start fresh. Don't think about what went wrong when you kept taking rest days, think about what went right when you were on track and try to duplicate that. emoticon

    Good attitude!! Don't beat yourself up for rest days. Sometimes, you just gotta do that!! Plus, you probably got more exercise than you realize being busy and having the grandkids!
