Plateau Buster - Calorie Cycling

Well, on top of changing my workout routine, I am also going to attempt the calorie cycling. Calorie cycling (also known as zig-zagging) is when you "trick" your body by constantly changing your daily calories. I have to admit, I've done the calorie cycling in the past but I've just pretty much "winged it". I'd eat more than the required allotment of calories one day and less the next, however, I didn't have a limit as to how much more/less I SHOULD be eating.
So, this morning I found the perfect online calculator that tells me EXACTLY how much more/less I should be eating. It asks you to plug in your age, gender, weight, height and exercise level and BAM, there they are!! www.shapefit.com/calorie
