My 10 by 10/10/10 Contract!!

I, MaryAnn, do declare that I will lose 10 pounds by 10/10/10. Today I way 207.6. My weight on 10/10/10 will be 197.6 or less.

I will accomplish this goal by completing the following:

Eating: Staying within my calorie range and eating as many freggies as possible.

Cardio: Continue to work on the treadmill, increasing my time weekly. Also continue to bike workouts and increase them weekly as well. Start taking the dog for daily walks on the hiking trails.

Strength training: Continue with my strength training 3 times a week.

Water: drink a minumum of 64 glasses of water per day.

Sleep/relaxation: Get a minumum of 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

Other: Take time once a day and do something good for myself!

I WILL try 10 new Spark recipes between now and 10/10/10.
I WILL do 10 blog updates between now and 10/10/10.
I WILL read 10 Spark articles every week.
I WILL support 10 new Sparkfriends.
I WILL not let anything stand in my way of accomplishing this goal!
