Back on Track!!

Got back into the gym this afternoon and did a complete workout!! Boy did it feel great!!
Got 30 min on the treadmill, 30 minutes on the stationary bike (did 10.8 miles), weights and strength training. The new workout is great. Total time in the gym was 2 hours!!
Didn't get into the pool though. DH needed the car so I had to get back home. There is always tomorrow though!
Feeling much better today Didn't drink quite enough water before I went to the gym though and I started to get a cramp. Lesson learned. Make sure I am hydrated before I head out!!
