Well, I did not meet my goals last week...what a busy week. No excuse though. I really need to get this homework done so I can be done with last semester and have a little (very short) break before the new one begins. (Which I am dreading!) As I told one of my SparkFriends the other day, I really need to get more strict about what I eat. I don't know if I've lost or gained any weight recently because of the whole scale confusion. I haven't weighed in. But I do want to lose fat, because I can't stand it anymore. I am really self-conscious. I would like to limit myself to eating out from a restaurant once a week..a challenging goal because my boyfriend and I do that a lot since neither of us really cook much. I would love for him and me to be able to try to make new recipies, but there really is no time to cook. I will do my best to find time though! This week I will take a walk, and I will get my homework done so I can have one whole week before the new semester starts.
