I'm back

I did fairly well with Sparks help a few months ago then just sort of gave it up, trying to follow the program with out checking in. It didn't work. I've gone back to my bad eating habits. I have gained weight back though Im not sure how much ( I need to weigh in again), I'm not drinking the water that I need and I'm not eating the fruits and vegetables that I need. Today I'm back and tracking in the nutrition tracker which seems to be the only thing that will keep me on track!

    3rd day and doing the nutrition tracker. didn't eat some junk food (chips and sweets) that I normally would have. Even if I go over my numbers, I know I will do much better if I keep tracking!!

    I did weigh in and the good news is that I didn't gain it all back.

    One problem with tacking before is that I was too fussy trying to get the exact foods listed and it took too much time. Im going to relax that a bit, hoping to keep tracking!! emoticon

    let's PLEASE keep checking in with each other...I have still not weighed in BUT with not only myself to account to but the 4 of you ....MAYBE I will!!

    good luck to both of us. i lost track also for a long time and sadly, gained the weight back. we will make this happen!

    Me too! I gained back 9 pounds (lost one of them already though). It's easy to kid ourselves (well, it was apparently easy to kid myself anyway) that I can do it alone. Don't know why I would believe this when it obviously has never worked in the past!

    So welcome back! I'm just back too! We can do this if we're consistent and tracking!
