I don't know how, but it is really helping me stay on track. I've lost 5 lbs in 5 days since starting it.. YAY!!! I'm telling ya, green smothies. 1. Log onto spark 2. Watch vlogs 3. Every click is one click closer to motivation! 4. Vlog - so you can be accountable - vlog if you are happy, vlog if you are sad, vlog if you are ashamed - let us see it all and let us help you!!!
Eventually, your motivation catches up with you and before you know it you are tracking and working out and you are just there. I know how you feel tho! I dont have children but I can imagine that makes it that much harder. BUT you can do this!! And we are here for you! 3373 days ago
