day 1 Insanity Fit Test

wow...it kicked my butt....I have to do this test about every 2 weeks to check my progress. Here are my results:

SWITCH KICKS: 77
JACK SQUATS: 39
POWER KNEES: 60
POWER JUMPS: 13
GLOBE JUMPS: 7
SUICIDE JUMPS: 8
PUSH UP JACKS: 8
LOW PRANK OBLIQUE: 51

We'll see how much I improve! This is me after the workout...i'm so sweaty and shaky...and it's only 25 mins!!! oh god I don't want to even think about how I'll end up tomorrow with the real workout!

    Quick question... is there a time limit for each exercise? or do you perform to failure? I found a video on youtube of someone doing their test and I would like to try it... although I don't think I will be able to do near as many of any of these as you have!!
