The Stress Busting Challenge: Day 7

1st week down: I was out in classes this weekend and didn't have time to log on to SP.

This weekend was the ICS 400--a class people stress out in general about but which isn't really so bad. We had two really good instructors which makes the class a WHOLE lot less painful. Still, I was happy to have it behind me. How I dealt with it? Well, I had little sleep and munched like crazy. So I'm not really sure I would consider it dealing with it. When I got home I took a hot shower and did some weed-eating (that's always good for stress!) and chatted with the neighbors.

Last night we sat down and played You Don't Know Jack--lost repeatedly but was laughing so much I didn't really care. I didn't get much exercising done outside of chores but I plan to pick up again this weekend.
