    MEZZOANGEL Seriously it is wonderful that he loves me no matter what but it has it's down falls when faced with temptation he always says just eat it!! LOL
    SKINNIERBUNNY Awesome job on helping our kids stay healthy. Donuts are such empty calories, I let my daughter have one occassionally but anytime I eat one I feel like it was such a waste!! Great victory!
    MVICKERS21 Thank you!!! And I'm glad someone likes them!! Negative thoughts are a biggie for me too. There are just too many to chose from and have right?? What do you do to push them out? My worst is when I am bloated and trying to squeeze into an outfit and I just can't quite make it look appealing. I often wonder when I thought some of my clothes were cute!! LOL

    I love watching your vlogs! You seem so confident! My victory is getting through the TOM without beinging or letting negative thought stick in my mind! Your victory is such an empowering one! That is wonderful that you are doing better for yourself AND for your children! Way to go! I think that is more than just a little victory! It gigantic!!!!

    Thank you and congrats on resisting the fast food temptation! It's hard when you are busy and hungry and have to do errands! I think my small victory this week was telling my students when they said "Can we have donuts for prizes for games" and I quickly, without hesitation, said "Nothing that unhealthy will be given to anyone in this class." I've never heard myself say that before to kids, but it felt good!!! They are high school kids, so they didn't respond, and I think it's because they are old enough to understand. I haven't personally had a donut for MONTHS, and don't plan on it anytime soon. And, really, my body doesn't crave it anymore, just like you said, it gets used to eating and wanting healthy things.

    My victories this week are sticking to my new workout routine or running 3x & ST 3x a week.
    I also managed to run just over 2 miles straight without walking!! Definite victory!
