Just want to wish everyone a great new week. Off to work tomorrow and kind of refocusing on SP and trying to stay strong. The first week back has been busy, lots of eating out. Had some good days and some bad. But you know what? I always had SP on my mind and even when food wasn't the best I still had control and ate less and said no without feeling deprived didn't even want the dessert one day when offered. I know it wasn't the best week of eating because I have bloating and that is not a good feeling. But going forward trying to reach my goals.
