30 Minutes!! emoticon

Feeling pretty darn good! This run was great- the weather was decent and I felt real strong throughout the run. I can't believe that I'm in the last week of C25k-- time FLIES!!!! Crazy!

I'm still trying to sort out my post-C25k plans. We're planning on running a 5k in September, so we'll keep running til then obviously. I definitely want to keep training and I seem to do well with a structured plan, so I'm leaning towards One Hour Runner (since I hate intervals so much!). But we'll see...there's lots of options out there.

YAY!!!! emoticon emoticon

It's great that you can follow a structured plan...I tried C25K and hated it...so I just kept running and adding a little more each time, and today I did 5K!

Congratulations! You have made it to the very end!! Feels good, I know. emoticon

I'm looking for another training plan to follow up, too. I've seen the 1 hour runner, and then an 8K and 10K plan (similar to the C25K). I don't know anyone who has tried these, or which one would be better for me. I don't really care for the intervals, either, but they seemed to work well for me with C25K. Eventually I'd love to run a marathon...but that is a long term goal!
