Only lost 2 ounces this week but their are a couple inches gone! YAY!

Hi Everyone!

I weighed myself this morning since it was weigh in day for the August Challenge. I had only lost 2 ounces this week. Thats ok! I did my measurements and found that I had lost 1 inch of my waist this week and 1 inch off my hips and 3/4 of an inch on my thigh! So I am happy!

That is why we say the scale is only a number and there are other ways to measure your success! So don't be discouraged by the scale! Look at other things too....

Take your measurements once a week! Even if your not losing lbs you may be losing inches!
Look at how your clothes are fitting you!
How you feel!

Be proud of yourself for all small successes! Because its those small ones that get us to the big ones!
