30 Day Shred - Day 9

My stamina was great today.
In the morning I joined the team for a great workout at the beach. There was more sun today than we've had all Summer. It made our workout a little more challenging and caused us to sweat more. Thankfully, we chose our route that included shade in areas we stopped to do exercises.
I also did my 30 Day Shred video and this was my best performance todate. I did all the jumping jacks and butt kicks. My push-ups are better. Jillian is right after Day 5 you do see a difference in your stamina.
Am I ready for a new level? Not yet
Should I check my progress but taking my measurements? I want to but will wait until the 30 days are done. Provided I make it.

BTW - I purchased a protein shake to supplement my regular eating.
