Vacation and a Different YMCA

We are on vacation in Edmonton, Alberta. This morning we exercised at the YMCA and I liked trying out a different gym. I got the water aerobic schedule so I can change it up a bit.

There is a forest fire in another province and the smoke has blown hundreds of miles. There is a smoke advisory here and people with asthma, etc. are warned not to exercise outdoors. Yesterday when we arrived I felt so tired and was coughing, so no exercise.

On the drive, some areas were so thick with smoke there was very poor visibility. There is still a haze over the city but the air quality is a little better today so we were out walking in the afternoon.

We are sitting outside to access WiFi and watching a campground neighbor get his campfire going.....
