    I'm going to run a 5k this fall, too! I'm doing couch-2-5k on my ipod. If you have one, I suggest you check it out. Good luck with your training!

    OMG...so tru about wanting to look in the mirror after a workout. I do this after I do my C25K runs...like I am going to shrink while I am out running. Although with the heat I prob should be MELTING! But I completely feel you there - We feel stronger so we should look stronger...rght?!?!?!?

    I have been a Weight Watchers "Lifetime Member" for 7 years. I realized that if I stay within my WW "points" range I often eat less than my calorie range, which is NOT good, so while I do both programs, I am paying more attention to my calorie range.
    After a workout (or sometimes even as part of a snack), I like G-2 (low calorie Gatorade). Fruit punch is my favorite flavor.
