1/2 lb shy of the results I was hoping for.

I was hoping to be 210lbs today, but I was 210.5lbs. It was still a 2lb decrease but I really wanted it to be 2.5!
I really can't believe I have lost almost 30lbs. I was starting to think ahead about my next goal....I am setting them at 10lb intervals. I am trying to focus on what a realistic length of time is. I know the rate at which I am losing will slow a bit, it is hard to know when to expect that to happen.
I am adding new types of exercise and keeping up with my old program too.
The little voice inside says to aim for another 30lb loss by the end of this year but I wonder, is that realistic?
