30 Day Shred - Day 8

Day 8 (8/19)

I missed the video workout tonight.

Work consumed my day and night.

It would have been nice to do the shred video tonight if only to say and know I made it through without a break. But think my body needed the break.

Day 8 (8/20)

This should be Day 9 but since I missed yesterday I'm making this Day 8.

I was super tired today since I stayed up VERY late working. To get me through the day I even had some coffee which I rarely drink.

My Fridays are always crazy so today was no different. Surprisingly I got a lot done. I came home late and had a 1 hour window before I needed to take my brother to the airport. You know what, I used that hour to get in my 20 minute workout with Jillian and boy was I happy. Even though I'm existing off a short sleep night and a super busy day it felt really good to workout. My energy level was higher than I thought and allowed me to do most of the cardio at Jillian's pace.

So, now that I'm back on track with the video I'm going to bed for a good night's rest. I don't want to miss my Saturday workout at the beach with the team.
