Hey Rachel, it was good to see you on the video blog, glad you are feeling better! I make my own soups at home and that has to have less sodium than preserved ones. I make a big batch sometimes on a Sunday, eat it as leftovers the next day and freeze the rest for a lazy weeknight healthy meal. I typically just concoct my own recipe, but I do like lentils as a legume source and I always add plenty of veggies. I don't use store bought broths, I just flavor it really well with spices. Hope this helps!

Thanks for sharing! As for your request about soups, I think I would be healthiest, most cost-effective, and yummiest to make your own. That way you could control what is going in the soup, and there are so many different combinations you could try. If you have a crock-pot, this works really well. You could throw in broth, lots of veggies, and meat if desired, and season with herbs and spices that are salt-free. Seriously, mostly anything being thrown in a crock-pot ends up tasting delicious, and it's so good for you. Just a thought. Loved your vlog! :) I hope you feel completely better real soon.

Love this! Thanks so much for sharing. Glad to hear you are feeling better! Also, soups are hard so could you make your own? I know its probably a pain but you can control everything you put into it, make a really big batch and freeze some as well. Might be worth it. Keep up the good work! Best, E
