Oink, Oink....Yesterday Was A Disaster!

I had such a bad case of "I"m starving" yesterday. My calorie intake has been not that low lately, about 1500-1800, so I don't know what happened.
I think weight training is upping my appetite. Anyway, I gave in to my urges to splurge.
I ate 3 ice cream cones (triple chocolate chip), a beer, a big sub bun size pulled pork sandwich, in addition to a sizable lunch and breakfast of about 400 calories each.
Today I am on track, but feeling the disappointment in what I did yesterday. Today was my weigh-in day, and it is no wonder that my weight is the same as 10 days ago. Just undid my progress yesterday!
Next weigh-in is the last day of the month. Must must must do better.
