Oink, Oink....Yesterday Was A Disaster!

I had such a bad case of "I"m starving" yesterday. My calorie intake has been not that low lately, about 1500-1800, so I don't know what happened.

I think weight training is upping my appetite. Anyway, I gave in to my urges to splurge.
I ate 3 ice cream cones (triple chocolate chip), a beer, a big sub bun size pulled pork sandwich, in addition to a sizable lunch and breakfast of about 400 calories each.

Today I am on track, but feeling the disappointment in what I did yesterday. Today was my weigh-in day, and it is no wonder that my weight is the same as 10 days ago. Just undid my progress yesterday!

Next weigh-in is the last day of the month. Must must must do better.

    Lol, you are definitely NOT alone. Ive read a lot of blogs today and it seems everyone has been craving including me! I had 15 cookies one day last week and the scale was NOT kind the next day-yikes! But tomorrow is a new day.. emoticon

    We all have those days. The best way to overcome them and avoid them is to remember how you felt afterwards. It's so easy to give into temptation, don't beat yourself up or feel bad, just tell yourself you won't do it again... and try your hardest not to! One step at a time.
