Where Oh Where Did My Spark Go?

I'm not exactly sure what happened, but somehow I walked off the beaten path. I started off-roading and got stuck in the mud. lol Well, I have stopped, looked around and taken stock of my surroundings, and am making my way back to the path down the scale. Despite this trip off-course, I am not depressed and I am not down on myself like I have been in the past. It has to be, because this time, I know that I have the tools to do the right thing.
So, it's back to making some goals. Some small attainable ones.
#1- Tomorrow I am going to weigh myself. (I haven't done that in 2 months, at least) I can't start tracking everything again unless I know where I'm at. Plus, how fun it is to see that progress being made, especially after taking time off. I'm very excited!
#2- The basic streaks- water!!!! I truly believe that I'm still on track with it, I just haven't been logging it. I will log it. It's a way to confirm my commitment to myself. It holds me accountable.
#3- Exercise- I am getting back on my gazelle. We moved it in the garage back in May when we were having company, and of course, it never made it back into the house. I told my dh that that would happen, not because he wouldn't bring it in, it's just once it's out of sight, it's out of mind. It is coming back in the house as soon as I finish typing this blog. I will spend time on it at least 3 times a week. I have been trying to get exercise in other ways, but it's been over 100 for the past 2 weeks, and it's just too hot outside. I do not do well in the heat. :)
So, that's where I am at. I'm excited and revamped. I also want to track every bite of food that goes in my mouth, but like I have learned through this spark journey, to take it one step at a time. See you tomorrow! :)
