I would like to give everyone for the wonderful comments and encouragement on my blog. You don't know how much it helps. emoticon
Today I was able to do about 25 minutes of exercise ( mostly low impact or upper body) and was able to burn about 202 calories. I know it's not a whole lot but better than sitting there. I wanted to just sit there at first but then I read your wonderful messages and it gave me the energy to go forward. Thanks Again. emoticon
