Woke up early today.

I am up before 7:00 am. That was one of my goals this week... start a routine where I wake up earlier. I don't know what this has to do with my weight loss, but I'm feeling glad I woke up early. I would rather sleep in very late, and I think that affects my mood and my ability to drop what I'm thinking about and get to the gym or get moving. Not that I want to start to think about not being allowed to do things but I think having a routine will be a much easier way to go about several of my goals.
