30 Day Shred - Day 7

Day 7 (8/18)

Not my best effort today. I worked out to the video but didn't give it my all.

At the Wednesday night team workout I expended a lot of energy. I knew I still had to do the Shred video but was feeling really good and up for it. I did mention to my teammate that I was hungry. She asked me if I was eating enough to make up for what I was expending between the video workouts and my other activities. This actually made me stop and think. I thought so and actually thought I overate today (Pizza Day! at work) plus had a Weight Watchers meal (beans and rice) and fruit. In February when I did the fast (no meat, sweets and alcohol) for 21 days I had this same problem. My sister (a vegetarian) said I am probably not getting enough protein. Could this be the issue now? She suggested a protein shake to round out my day. I'll take this advise and look for a protein shake.

As to the video, another day down and my jumping jacks are looking real good. Still working on the bicycle move at the end.

Day 8 here I come!

    WOW!!! If you find a good protein shake, I'd like to try it also. I know that Curves has one, but you have to be a member (I think) to buy it. Good going, I'm proud of you.
