It's been an entire year since I started this weight loss madness! :) I can't BELIEVE how much I've changed in a year's time. Not just how I look, but my entire lifestyle is completely different. Here are some stats from then and now...

Now: Size Small or Medium

Then: Size 9 1/2 or 10 (Wide, if I could find it)

Then: 43.5 (Morbidly Obese)
Now: 24.8 (Normal!)

Then: 48.1%
Now: 23.8%
Blood Pressure
Then: 120/80

Now: 168
HDL (healthy cholesterol, should be more than 46)
Then: 44

Triglycerides (should be less than 150)
Then: I don't remember, but I know it was high

FOOD
Favorite Foods
Then: Haagen Dazs Chocolate PB ice cream, deep dish pizza with bacon and pepperoni, M&Ms, cookies, fettuccine alfredo, risotto, white rice, brownies, cheesecake, Cheetos, pecan pie... the list goes on.
Now: oats, grapes, almond butter, PB2 & peanut butter, quinoa, almond milk, bananas, dark chocolate, beans and lentils, raisins, walnuts, oats, oats, and more oats!
Favorite Drinks
Then: 2% milk, coffee loaded with cream and sugar, Dr. Pepper, Budweiser, margaritas, sweet tea
Now: water, black coffee, red wine, unsweetened hot tea, Beck's Light (when I'm in the mood for a beer)
Typical Fast Food Meal
Then: McD's Filet O Fish with extra tarter sauce, with large fries and large Dr. Pepper... and I'd usually finish my kids' Happy Meals too.
Now: Subway Veggie or Ham sub on wheat bread, no cheese, lots of veggies, mustard, no mayo... and no chips! With a Diet Coke.
EXERCISE
Then: none
Now: running 3-9 miles 3 times per week.
