Yesterday was good.

Today I'm trying to go off of yesterday's good vibes.
Today can be easy if I just go with it and don't think too hard about all of my options and choices I've made in the past.
I have already had a good breakfast and I'm enjoying a cup of coffee now while I get to work.
Listened to a podcast about making weight loss pleasurable and its opened the possibility that weight loss could be a fun process, not just a fun result. It has to be fun or its not sustainable.
