Day 6 (8/17)
Second try at posting this blog.
I made it through the Day 6 workout! Yippee!!
Today I feel really good, in fact it's now 12:19am Wednesday morning and I should be in bed but here I am trying to re-post my Day 6 blog. How is that for dedication? Or maybe just craziness since I need my sleep. So I'll make this fast.
As I said before I feel pretty good today. Was Jillian right about the increase in stamina by Day 5? Maybe, but maybe it is due to restarting my daily multi-vitamin. Whatever, I'll take it.
I'm getting pretty good at jumping jacks, in fact I felt like doing more when Jillian ended that segment. Of course, this was only the first segment when we did another set I was tired. LOL
I'm tempted to try another level just for a change of routine, but know there is no way I'm ready. I can't even master the beginning level.
God Bless the cool weather in the evenings because I still sweat A LOT!
Day 6 was a good day!
