Why is it so hard to stay focused and do the right thing. I know what I want and I want it bad. But temptation always seems to win out. I do good for a few days then I mess up. I start over again the next day do good for a day or two then mess up again. I know I want to lose weight. I can imagine what I would look like and feel like when I get there. But can anyone tell me the secret to staying on track? I am having a hard time with the eating part. The exercise I seem to have under control. I walk three miles in forty five minutes this morning. I just can not seem to stay in my calorie range everyday like I need to. Can anyone give me any advice on how to keep the eating under control.
