Why is it so hard to stay focused and do the right thing. I know what I want and I want it bad. But temptation always seems to win out. I do good for a few days then I mess up. I start over again the next day do good for a day or two then mess up again. I know I want to lose weight. I can imagine what I would look like and feel like when I get there. But can anyone tell me the secret to staying on track? I am having a hard time with the eating part. The exercise I seem to have under control. I walk three miles in forty five minutes this morning. I just can not seem to stay in my calorie range everyday like I need to. Can anyone give me any advice on how to keep the eating under control.

    All you can do is take it one day at a time. Cut back on portions and you will get there. Once you can stay on track for 21 days it is a habit and much easier. I know it is hard, don't beat yourself up, just do the best you can, improve a little at a time and you will be there. Easier said then done but I have faith in you. I know you can do it!!
