While yesterday didn't go completely as planned, I think I did well overall. It was a step in the right direction. With the motivation that I have it was a great improvement. I portion controlled everything & tracked some of the day. I got in my 8 glasses of water overall. I had my baseball game, and I actually got in a decent amount of running(though I don't count that as a workout lol.) I still had some soda. The soda is really hard to kick. I think that will be my last step. I know it's a lot of calories to take in, but I'm more likely to succeed if I cut it out last.

Now I'm off to do a Walk Away The Pounds workout!
