PHASE 1--DAY 1--TUESDAY

Day one for a 'back on track plan' of phase 1! I am going to do it as long as I can--shooting for 7-10 days on phase 1 just to get myself back in the losing swing.
Damage report is 4.5 lbs. Big deal..I know what to do..now I'm gonna do it--and so are are you my dearest little 'biscuit'..rofl.

I will be looking and watching EAGERLY for your post first thing this morning..my prediction?.. a cheese stick breakfast, ofcourse!..(if you went to the store..lol.)
