Ramadhaan Goals... (readjusting august goals)

Okay so I've tried to meet me targets for my set August Goals, but reality has sunk in and I now know that I can't do the same amount of exercise with the same intensity as I could before fasting! I also need to make targets to focus on food!
For those who don't know Muslims (of age and health) are required to fast during the lunar month of ramadhaan during daylight hours. It's the most holy month of the year and rewards are multiplied by 70 times! Fasting is a great practise for me on all levels. It makes poverty a reality and not something abstract solely for those in countries afar. It makes me patient as I am depriving myself of food and drink things that I need and in a world where we thrive on what we want, it really puts things into perspective! It also reinforces that food is a blessing from God, that many go without, how can I abuse this blessing (by eating too less or too much) while my fellow man goes hungry?
So back to the goals:
Food:
*Drink 8 glasses of water, 2/3 at pre dawn meal and 5/ 6 after fast is broken at evenings
*Eat 1200 through 3 meals; pre dawn, after sunset and before the night prayer (light)
*Have a fruit salad with both pre dawn and sunset meals!
*Follow the plate rule 1/4 carbs 1/4 protein 1/4 salad 1/4 nada
*Have a 'breakfast' style meal at pre dawn
Fitness:
*30 DS after sunset (20 mins only)
*2 bootcamp videos during the day (strength)
* 30 mins. walking (cardio)
