Hello friends,
I hope you are all progressing in all of your goals! Jesus has really blessed me in many ways. He has given me discipline, learning materials, and other tools to help further and reach my goals. I have set some boundaries and revamped my program and now I am seeing results! God has given me strength and endurance to complete my workouts and to control what I put in my mouth. Even knowing I have had some obstacles in the way of completing my workouts, I have been given what I need to accomplish them. I'm not going to lie and say that it's been a cake walk, because it hasn't by any means. There are days I don't really feel like doing a workout, but I am committed to doing them so I complete them. I really enjoy seeing the results and I know that by continuing to be disciplined, committed and to stay consistent I will accomplish my weight loss goals and any of my other goals! Through all the obstacles Jesus has been my rock! I can always count on Him, I know He has my back and my best interests in mind. Even though sometimes it seems at times that He doesn't. Here's a quote I heard from somewhere, but has stuck with me and it rings very true. "when you ain't got nothin, God is always up to somethin." I pray you all have success in whatever goal (s) you are trying to accomplish, just remember you can't do it on your own. For with Christ All things are Possible, but without Him you can do nothing.

Thank you for reminding me. I need to rely more on Christ and less on myself.
