5 Goals for the week. Week 1

I'm gonna start doing 5 goals per week...This is week 1

1. Drink all water every day.

2. Do all 3 scheduled runs + at least one long walk

3. Enjoy moving in to apartment!

4. Stay in calorie range, especially Saturday, when I start new-student orientation.

5. Get in some kind of workout, even if it's short Saturday.

    the reason Saturday is going to be a challenge is I'm moving into my campus apartment. Which means new-student orientation, 2.5 hrs in a car driving, & not much time to myself, but the campus is huge so I'll get plenty of walking in.

    sounds like a great idea!! setting goals for the day/month/week is helpful to me...helps me reach my ultimate goal--as long as I reach the smaller goals emoticon
