Surviving Christmas and the New Year

I worked crazy hours during Christmas week, and thought I was really struggling to make the best choices possible. Despite my best intentions, Christmas and Boxing Day were blow outs, as was New Years Eve....on the flip side I continued to drink 8 glasses of water a day, exercise as often as possible and make the best choices I could given the circumstances, and I only put on .4kg! That's amazing...I'm so impressed with myself!! 70kg HERE I COME! :D
