That basically sums up todays run. I started week 8, so its 28 mins now. It pretty much sucked! I already felt like crap before I headed out, but I really wanted to do it anyway. I did Jillian Michaels 'No More Trouble Zones' on Friday and yesterday was a rest day. My muscles are still sore from the DVD but in a good way, you know? So I wasn't concerned. But my tummy has been bothering me and when I started running, it felt like there was a ton of rocks in there. Ugh.
To be fair, it was a new path and we went in the afternoon- which we've never done before. Eh whatev...it sucked but I did it and thats what counts. Not every run can be awesome, right?
