I've tried to lose weight in the past and I always fail! Not necessarily because I balloon, I just fall off the wagon and don't ever lose the weight to begin with. I have however noticed that there are a few saving graces as I try again, and hopefully stick with it, to lose weight.
1. I love fruit
2. I prefer whole grains over white
4. Hot Sauce
5. Mint Water
The list is short right now but it's all I can come up with at this time, so here I go to conquer the world, I mean my fat.
