Saving Graces

Sunday, August 15, 2010

I've tried to lose weight in the past and I always fail! Not necessarily because I balloon, I just fall off the wagon and don't ever lose the weight to begin with. I have however noticed that there are a few saving graces as I try again, and hopefully stick with it, to lose weight.

1. I love fruit
2. I prefer whole grains over white
3. Mustard!
4. Hot Sauce
5. Mint Water

The list is short right now but it's all I can come up with at this time, so here I go to conquer the world, I mean my fat.

emoticon emoticon Your saving graces are great! Posey said it "it's a lifestyle not a diet!" You have to be ready to change some habits to get where you want to be. This is the place to learn those new habits.
    Best of luck to you!

Congratulations and good luck. You are like most people, up and down. The formula for weight loss is as simple as it gets yet doing it is one of the toughest things to do. Again, good luck and I wish you the best as I know everyone here does.
