Starting again.....

It is really sad to come to my blog and see the last entry I made. September 2007 - A new beginning. Wow.....what makes it so sad is I am in the same boat or worse that I was in then. So, two years later, I am starting again. I am hoping this time will be the charm. Hopefully I will find all of the motivation I need back home on SP. It has always helped me but for some reason I fall off. Maybe through blogging, I can figure out what makes me fall off the wagon so I don't do it anymore.

Anyway.......my workout of choice for this go-round is P90. Today was Day 1. Did the Sculpt 1-2 workout. I didn't use weights or bands. I tried not to go full out based on the recommendation in the program guide. It was a good workout. Slightly sore, but able to keep up. It will be interesting to see how I do when I add the resistance bands in. I think I will wait until workout #3 or #4 to do that. Tomorrow is Sweat and Abs. That will be interesting. That will be a challenge since I will have to get up at 5am to do this. I have decided that will be my best option for getting my workouts done each day. So we shall see.....

    Hey Vanessa; Glad you decided to come back to spark. I have only been a member since July, but I am glad I joined. I have gotten lots of support and friendly advice from my spark friends.
