I had a very excellent exercise week! I am excited about a Zumba class I have enrolled in for the fall, I have a meeting with a personal trainer next week to discuss some strength training. I will continue to do my cardio outside of a gym for as long as possible. I may see about the spin class offered through the same gym, they provide a very guided approach and work with an individual or small group. It is a bit pricey but worth the investment, I think.
I anticipate that I will reach the weightloss goal I made for September sometime in the next week or so. Yay! It feels good to be ahead of schedule.
