The Real Age Test with Dr. Oz

Saturday, August 14, 2010

I took the online Real Age Test with Dr. Oz about a couple of week ago. My results? 41.6 (My actual age is 40.5)

What did I learn? That I need to boost my vitamin E, calcium, and Vitamin C & D intake, reduce my stress, reduce my weight, and stop worrying.

It is also recommended that I drive a bigger car (not going to happen--I love my compact car) and work on my relationship with my husband (again, not going to happen since we've separated and decided to divorce).

I've decided to take the test again in 6 months, to see if I've made any progress.

I took the test and my real age is older!!!! I have many of the same recommendations as you:
    - brush teeth for at least 120 seconds/twice a day
    - stop worrying
    - sleep better
    - drive slower
    - take yoga or tai chi, meditate, do crafts, journal, listen to soothing music, watch funny movies
    - take a bunch of nutritional supplements
    - eat heathlier
    - lose weight
    - do stretching exercises

Boy! It sounds like I need a lot of help!!!! (Big Sigh)

I found the test online--I'll see if I can find the link. They recommended a mid-size car for safety, but I love my compact. The relationship thing....well, my husband isn't coming back, so working on the relationship isn't going to be real productive.

Just retook the test and there was definite improvement. I'm 60.6 and my real age is 52.8. Mine also said I need a bigger car. yeah - not gonna happen. That is something new. I have done the test several times and it has never been mentioned that my car is too small.

I took this test some time ago, and I learned some things about myself and lifestyle that were helpful.
Why did they recommend that you drive a bigger car? Safety? and work on relationship with husband (um ,that is a two way street)

Well, it definitely gives some helpful tips though............
