30 Day Shred - Day 2

Day 2 (8/13)
This morning I awoke feeling thinner. Yesterday was a great day since I felt pretty good and got some extra lunch walking in plus completed my first session with the 30-day Shred video.
Today is another story.
First of all I'm tired. I was super busy at work. I had it in my mind today was my 2nd day for the video and I actually looked forward to it.
This morning I took my weight and other measurements. I haven't done this in awhile and haven't compared them to my other measurements. They didn't look too bad. My weight is up a few pounds. I keep losing and gaining the same pounds. Mainly water since I've been feeling bloated so I'm working on watching my sodium input. I'll do my analysis later when I post them to my spreadsheet.
So, I set up my mat, weights, towel and water outside and opened the patio door and curtain wide so I could see/hear the video. It felt better out side, but I still sweated A LOT!
I got off to a good start and even managed to do the jumping jacks without modifying them. I didn't look at my watch but knew I was ready to turn off that video before I was even half-way through.
Did I mention I hate push-ups? Well, that hasn't changed but I did them. I also hate the move where you do a side lunge while holding weights and raising your arms straight up in front of you (to shoulder level). This is really hard since my upper body is very weak.
It was a struggle tonight and even Jillian says she knows we just want to turn off the video but to keep going and don't quit. During the last abs work she does bicyle abs and these too I struggle with since she doesn't want them to be done fast. I can't complete them.
Day 2 complete.
Again, I'm glad I did it even though I was tired. Tomorrow I'll continue to work on proper breathing and form.
I also learned I need to do more stretching at the end since the constant up and down makes me feel dizzy when I finish.
