What's My Goal?

I know I want to lose weight and I'm pleased with every little bit I accomplish but every so often I ask myself what my real goal is? What am I aiming for? What would be the goal weight? I can't remember being less than 168 in the past 20 years... but I must have weighed less once. Yesterday, watching weight loss heroes on Oprah, I thought "70 for 70", meaning I'd like to lose 70 pounds by the time I turn 70 next September. Then I realized that would put me under 130 - is that ridiculous? Is it even necessary? So I'm still not sure what I'm aiming for on the scale but right now it's enough to aim for good health, better fitness and more energy.
