Pace - 6.76 min/mi
Speed - 8.87 mi/h

It was a little tougher this morning and actually got a leg cramp while I was walking up a hill. I'm drinking more water, I think it was because I jumped off my bike to walk up a hill and did not stretch my calves. Feeling good about completing my ride today but I really need to push myself on Sunday because I need to increase the distance I ride before the upcoming ride.

I'm super excited, I continue to watch what I eat and try to incorporate fruits and veggies whenever I can. Now I look forward to the weekends because I know I can ride longer and not have to worry about rushing home to get ready for work.
