LOL!! I've cheated here and there, don't get me wrong! I've really been working hard to drop body fat. Got on the scales today...5 lbs down. Officially since May, I'm 2" down in my waist and body fat is 17% on the nose.
Goal for Sept.: 15% body fat
Game plan: more fish, less chicken, keep up the cardio/wts program, drinking 2 gallons of water
Goal for Oct.: 13% body fat
Same as above
This can be done. I need to stick to the plan of attack and work it!
