Hard Exercise Makes a Great Week!

Exercise has been HARD this week! It's not that I have not been motivated, but everything has just felt difficult! It's hard to explain, but from walking to running and using the elliptical machine everything has just been a drain.

I feel like I am eating enough. I haven't been eating the healthiest, but I have been staying within range, if towards the top. Maybe it's just been stress from work, making me tired. That could be within the realm of possibility, yes? We'll go with that. I hope work gets back to a semblance of normality soon, so that I can at least relax while I am at home!

    Some weeks are harder than others, and there is no rhyme or reason to it. And other times workouts are so easy, everything's cakewalk, etc. Go figure!
