I found a blog on my new friend, Michelle's sparkpage that encouraged expressing 5 things every day that you are grateful for. She said that after 3 months your life will turn around, so here goes...
just for today, I am grateful for
1) cool clean sheets
2) my job as a waitress that keeps money in my pocket daily
3) the wonderful tiredness I feel after a day of work and workouts
4) hugs and love from my hubby and kids
5) my friends who encourage and inspire me to be my best
