Help Me!!! I'm addicted to the 4 B's.......

........Bread, Butter, Bacon and Brownies!
Try as I might to find and eat the healthier alternatives of the aforementioned, they just are not the same. I've done the 'Smart Balance', 'Butter Buds', 'I Can't Believe its not Butter' and none of them do it for me. I have to have my one pat of REAL Butter a day!
And I've eaten whole wheat bread for as long as I can remember, but let there be hot homemade bread or rolls served and I suddenly develop short term memory loss as to how many servings I've consumed!
And then there is Bacon; I could incorporate bacon into every meal of the day if I knew it would not kill me or make me any fatter!!! All it takes to set me off in a salivating frenzy is to smell the aroma of it cooking in one of the homes on my morning walk with the dog and I am like that silly dog in the "Beggin' Strips" commercial!! Yes, the logical thing would be just to not have it in the fridge; I do enjoy Canadian Bacon, but it does not give off the same smell when it is cooking! (Don't even try to convince me that Turkey Bacon tastes the same, because I also tried it and wasn't fooled!)
Which leads me to the fourth B: Brownies!!!!! I have a personal recipe for Brownies that taste out of this world! I've named them "Miss Anne's Oh My Gosh Brownies" because that's what everyone says when they eat them..."Oh my gosh these brownies are awesome"! I am always asked to bring my Brownies to any Pot Luck Dinner or Luncheon I attend. My daughter's friends request them, even the ones who live out of town. Of course it is not fair to the family for me to make them for others but not for them. I've cut back on the number of times I make my brownies each month, and try to only eat a small piece when they are around the house, but that is also so hard to do because they taste so GOOD!!!
So I guess the only solution is total abstinence of these diet no-no's! Life is going to taste so boring without my 4 B's.
